I had the extreme pleasure of spending the last beautiful and crisp weekend of August in Bar Harbor for Kathryn and Jeremy's wedding weekend. It was everything a Maine destination wedding should be - there was beautiful weather, an amazing group of guests, a boat ride (my favorite!) and of course, lobster!

Friday evening was a perfect evening for a boat ride in Southwest Harbor, so we had to take advantage! Jeremy and Kathryn arrived to their rehearsal dinner in absolute style, ready to be greeted by friends and family who were standing on the Beal's Lobster Pier, waving happily upon their arrival. Dinner was a classic Maine feast of lobster, native corn, blueberry pie, and really great local brews.

The next day was another gorgeous one! Jeremy and Kathryn got ready in separate areas of the private residence where the wedding was held, and had a lovely and sweet first look. Their ceremony was held on a private beach, their cocktail hour in a gorgeous log cabin, with dinner and dancing under a tent in a clearing in the woods. With florals designed by Chickadee Hill Flowers, and food to die for by Sassafras Catering, the whole evening was truly like a fairytale.

After dinner, Jeremy, Kathryn, and their friends and family danced the night away...and they lived happily ever after ;) ...xo
